Everything was magical but I...

Liked: Property beautiful and perfect location.
Disliked: Lots of different elevators because it’s on a cliff but not a huge deal.

Paradise in the best place...

Liked: It’s paradise
Disliked: Overpriced services and fees. Ofc it’s hawaii. Ofc it’s an expensive hotel. But things like massages were over the top, including service charges that predominantly didnt go to staff forcing you to tip on top.

A picture frame for the...

Liked: The ambience, positioning in nature, view, use of natural materials in the decor and attention to detail.
Disliked: It felt a bit separated from the local community, we explored ourselves, however it would have been great to learn more about Hanalei Bay from the hotel. While welcoming, it also felt a little “exclusive” which I anticipate is the idea, but this created a separateness.
