Fantastic experience and will return
Liked: Asked for an upgrade and got an amazing room on a high floor with views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Very spacious and interior design amazing. The whole feel of the room was relaxing. The facilities and range of meal options very good and the rooftop pool a bonus with high temperatures.
Disliked: Staff shortage on the rooftop where we booked a table for a few hours and food and drinks service erratic and they reduced the cost because of this which was appreciated. Businesses are struggling with staff as tourism bounces back so understand the situation.

Liked: Beans was phenomenal at the reception, she is the best, also there is a Colombian man in the front desk he is absolutely brilliant. this hotel is a very good place to stay
Disliked: the cold water in the swimming pool was great in the morning, I really didn't liked when they fix the pool to warm water :)in my room the water dispenser was leaking all night, next day I reported that and the one hotel staff moved me to a better room.

Liked: The only thing we liked about our stay was the location
Disliked: Where to start. The wait staff at the bar was judgemental more than unfriendly.The beds were short and hard.Walls to neighboring rooms are paperthin. We could understand every word of our neighbors phone conversation and TV program.The Osprey restaurant had no allergy friendly food options and there was no service on the porch.

Disliked: Terrible value for the money. This place is all superficial show and no substance. It absolutely does not have its act together. Really disappointed and an enormous waste of money.

Enjoyed property for the views....
Liked: First class views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Property was beautiful. Thoughtful use of nature.
Disliked: For a high-end boutique hotel, more is expected in the customer service experience. On the day we arrived, there was no doorman to help with our luggage. At the front desk, we were greeted with a passive/aggressive check in assistant. Throughout our stay, not once were we greeted with a "welcome back" when stepped back into the hotel. The crew on the second day was friendlier, but still, not demonstrating initiative to anticipate the needs of the hotel's guests. We had stayed at the Langham in the previous four nights and the service level there was first class. 1 Hotel could do well with training the staff to be more engaging and display initiative to anticipate guests needs to make the stay memorable. Currently, the amazing property is let down by subpar service.
