Home away from home

Liked: I would recommend every one stay here. All the staff are so good They let us check in early n have us late check out option as our flight was late.
Disliked: Nothing

Helpful receptionist , hotel itself...

Disliked: I don’t rate the property.It’s very basic with a cheap looking interior designed interior. More hype than it’s worth.

Hygiene scandal and complete loss...

Liked: We chose Brooklyn 1 Hotel and paid $4,100 for 5 nights. We intentionally declined housekeeping for two days, during which we used the same towels repeatedly. After that, we threw all the used towels—face, hand, and body—on the floor next to the toilet, expecting them to be replaced. To our shock, we personally witnessed that those exact same towels were folded and placed back on the rack as if they were clean. My spouse had marked them out of suspicion, otherwise we would have unknowingly wiped our faces and bodies with towels that had been used for days and were left on the bathroom floor. This isn’t just a hygiene violation — it’s gross negligence that puts guests’ health at serious risk. The hotel apologized and offered us a suite, but after what happened, we couldn’t trust the bed, the pillows, or any of the linens. Most of our vacation was spent feeling anxious, disgusted, and full of regret. Paying this much money for such a horrible experience is truly shameful.
