l Seated...waited 20 mins. No server, no water...zero customer service. Left. Never coming back. Too bad. Menu is appetizing, and nice drink selection. Total disappointment.

l 1 star may be too high. Went today around 4:00 - worst service since we moved to KC three months ago. Made us wanna head back to Chicago. Stood at reception waiting to be noticed for a long time...
