Through staged events at the Kitchen Studio, prestigious chefs of the world have prepared their cuisine for the people of Honolulu. Our Cave sommeliers also produce collaborative events with world-famous wineries and vintners.
Our Sushi Kaiseki menu is only available at the sushi counter (Emerald Room). Reservations are limited to 6 people at a time, however, accommodations for restaurant buy-outs are welcomed with prior notice. Sushi by Chef Hirofumi Beniya.
