Famous for it's renowned uber-cool interior design, it's ultra-chic atmosphere, speciality cocktails, impeccable service and its exquisitely crafted Asian Fusion cuisine, specialising in Seafood.

The 3 - storey labyrinth includes a 200 cover restaurant, function room, private dining rooms, Thai cooking school, 200 free car park spaces, 24 hour security and a super-chic cocktail bar with private booths designed as 'Cocoon' beds featuring DJs.

Vermilion offers an elegant A La Carte menu, banquet set menus for groups and weekday offers such as 3 course menu with a glass of wine for £17.95.

l First time visit. Glorious place. Booming atmosphere. Fantastic food. Was very busy but worth the wait. Sophia was a friendly helper. Made the trip better with her upbeat persona!
