Come inside and enjoy some of Chef Shaun's more culinarian driven dishes like crab hush puppies or oxtail ragu. Or sit by the ice bar and enjoy some of the crafted cocktails and gastropub inspired food such as the Uley's burger or French onion soup.

Enjoy a unique dining experience where getting there is half the fun. Take a ride in an open sleigh pulled by a snow cat to a cabin tucked in the woods. The collective experience and talent of the Uley's team has created a rich and exciting tasting menu, complete with wine pairing suggestions, in hopes of making your visit to Uley's the best dining experience Crested Butte has to offer. Bundle up afterwards to take the sleigh back to the base area.
