l The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was outstanding. The spa waters restored us each night. Highly recommend this central location.

l Not 5 star. Our Gainsborough suite was ok but the bedroom area was a bit pokey and dark. It was advertised with panoramic views but we were in the loft so the view was blocked by masonry and bird...
