The Commissary is offered by James Beard award-winning chef Traci Des Jardins and the Presidio Trust. Its Spanish-influenced California cuisine is driven by sustainable, locally-sourced ingredients, true to Chef Traci’s culinary philosophy. The menu is comprised of a variety of shareable, tapas-style dishes and larger 'raciones'.

The restaurant pairs authentic Presidio elements – such as lighting fixtures reclaimed from a historic Army gymnasium and Douglas Fir table tops fashioned from salvaged wood – with a comfortable, contemporary design. In additional to traditional and bar seating, the Commissary features dining on the shaded front porch, and “Chef's counter” seating surrounding an open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs in action.

The Commissary is a destination unto itself or a wonderful place to enjoy a meal after a day in the park.
