Led by executive chef Troy Jorge and proprietor Sam Plotnick, Temporis embraces the evolution of seasons and ingredients, drawing inspiration in part from a hydroponic garden in the basement. We believe that food that is inspired will translate into dishes that are the right blend of modern, yet approachable, familiar yet creative. Wine pairings and a bottle list are offered, as well as some classic cocktails and non-alcoholic options. The atmosphere is intimate and modern. Business-casual or “cocktail” attire is suggested.
Temporis is open Tues-Sat, 5 p.m. until the last seating at 9 p.m. Each night, the restaurant serves a 10-course tasting menu of progressive American cuisine. On Tues-Thurs, a 5-course tasting menu, an abbreviated journey of the season, is offered as well; please let us know which tasting menu you would like in your reservation requests to help us best plan for your visit. Our 10-course tasting menu is $155 a person and our 5-course menu is $85.
