Red Gravy

Red Gravy is a traditional pasta house where all the pasta is made by hand. You can often find Lou in the dining room, making pappardelle or casserecce or Roe making ravioli or gnocchi. Roe is from Northern NJ and Lou is from South Philly and both of us know our way around a meatball; it's what we do. Think of Red Gravy as if you were going to visit your Grandmother, and Granny lived in a circus. We're big, bright and bold. What recipes we didn't grow up with, we jacked from vacations or simply made up. We have live music at Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch! There are tables out front if you like people watching, a long bar and regular tables inside, and an additional 6 tables in our colorful courtyard. Life is too short to drink bad wine!!
