Located in Los Angeles, Qusqo Bistro and Gallery provides unique and healthy Peruvian fare. Starters such as the vegan soup of the day, choros a la chalaca, steamed mussels in lemon juice and papa a la Huancaina, which is sliced potatoes topped with cheese, are made with fresh ingredients. A popular Peruvian dish, saltado, sauteed meats and vegetables served over seasoned rice, is excellently spiced and hearty. Seafood options at Qusqo, such as paella and pescado a lo macho, cod topped with scallops, shrimp and calamari in a tomato-based sauce and rice, are rich and satisfying. Decadent desserts include warm rice pudding, as well as alfajor, a homemade cookie filled with dulce de leche.

Though steeped in culinary tradition, Qusqo is also proud to serve delicious food that is mindful of the modern diner and approved by dietitians.
