Pellegrini is an Italian restaurant with a southern Italian heritage. Executive chef Maurizio Pellegrini was born and spent the first part of his life in Milan but grew up near the sea in Puglia in southern Italy. These two diverse experiences gave him a passion and the knowledge of classic regional Italian cooking that he displays in revisited fashion in the Pellegrini kitchen in Argyle Street.
