Noell Junction will be a regionalized Farm to Table Chef Driven Restaurant. The name “Noell Junction” is derived from settler Sidney Smith Noell. The current Addison community was named after him. It was called “Noell Junction”. Mr Noell gave land in order for the Cotton Belt Railroad to build a rail line to Dallas through Addison. This rail line eventually led to the Mid-West (St Louis) and Southern US. Hence the name Noell Junction, as it was a major coaling station, used by the St. Louis, Arkansas and Texas Railway companies.
