Our restaurant is urban modern with an active up-beat vibe.
We at No Coast Sushi value our resources and environment by purchasing our fish from purveyors who pledge to only fish in-season, in-stream, without nets. We also purchase some fish, such as Salmon, from sustainable ranches in New Zealand. We fly fish in three days a week from our main fish purveyors: Honolulu Fish Co. (Hawaii) and Seattle Fish Co. (Washington).
In our kitchen we use hormone, antibiotic free meats for our cooked dishes. We also purchase locally grown produce when in season and continue to pledge to buy more each year and create more Vegan/Vegetarian options. Our chefs and bartenders make 99% all of our items in-house, including our sauces and drink mixes.
