Le Cavalier (Le Cav) is a French brasserie from Chef-Partner Tyler Akin that takes the brasserie out of Paris and transports it to Wilmington&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;s iconic HOTEL DU PONT. Proven�al fare meets North African and Middle Eastern influences in the dining room that once housed the historic Green Room. Le Cav is open for dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays with indoor and seasonal outdoor dining. Brunch available for Sundays.
