Located in the Bishop Arts District, Hattie's provides guests with a taste of Low Country cuisine with a modern twist. Executive Chef Estevan Galindo creates nicely plated dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Hattie's offers appetizers like fried green tomatoes, figs wrapped in prosciutto and Carolina crab cakes. Goat cheese-stuffed chicken breast with chorizo grits, lamb chops topped with a cherry pepper sauce, and meatloaf enveloped in bacon make hearty entrée choices. Sandwiches filled with pulled pork, smoked turkey and more can be found on the menu, as well as savory soups and delicate desserts.
