Poor - 1 out of 5

We waited 10 minutes to get waitress. Took 10 minutes to get my pop and 20 minutess for my husband's glass of wine. Ordered an appetizer. After 45 minutes, no food ever came. Our waitress said she would send the manager over, who never came. After an hour, our appetizer came, which was cold, then 1 minute later our meal (she never bought my salad). The food was cold, chicken rock hard, fish over cooked and disgusting. Manager finally came, and we complained. She did comp us everything and we left after 1:15 not eating and really annoyed. Run, don't walk away from this place!

Liked: Outdoor seating.
Disliked: Bad service; wait time for food;

Liked: Food and waiter was great.
Disliked: Time it takes to get a BEER is way too long - one person pouring for the whole place on a game night!?
