In 2019 35 years after Gotham was founded, Chef Victoria Blamey took the reigns of the Gotham kitchen. Sourcing almost all of her menu from local farms, Victoria offers a constantly evolving menu based on the best ingredients available.
“Working with ingredients sourced locally, seasonally, and sustainably is at the center of my cooking approach. My dishes incorporate elements — like Shunkyo radish and Lapsang Souchong tea — that might be new to diners, but are woven together with techniques that will also be familiar.”
A native of Santiago, Chile, she brings a diverse range of experiences from her travels around the world. She’s spent time at The Vineyard at Stockcross (Newbury, England), Interlude (Melbourne, Australia), Mugaritz (San Sebastian, Spain).
