?Capitol Cellars opened in Boise, Idaho on March 4, 2015. Melinda and Skip Smyser, along with daughter, Logan Smyser and Executive Chef, Dave Shipley created a restaurant that focuses on serving high-quality, local cuisine and offering a world-class wine list in Boise’s subterranean Belgravia cellar location. Capitol Cellars was selected the Best New Rest. In 2015 by the Idaho Statesman and has been awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2016 and 2017. Capitol Cellars offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recently, Capitol Cellars built and opened a beatiful new patio for outdoor seating.
