l Pretty spread out to try to do with Uber and walking. Found some neat shops, but not easy to get around the area. Exploring by car would probably be the most satisfactory plan.

l Since they changed hands and changed their menu, the place has gone straight downhill. Food nowhere near as good as it once was. Service is absolutely terrible. Everything there is worse now...

l We had an app of Bhan Mi (?) and chicken Phö. Broth is very good with lots of chicken. We’ve had these dishes in Vietnam and this place is comparable. Nice little shopping district too.
