1760 is a restaurant where flavor comes first. Our goal is to tell a story through food and drink. The narrative is always evolving, so every season we create a menu based on a region or culture that inspires us.
In January and February, 2020, we are celebrating Winter in Tuscany with the following menu:

‘RIBOLLITA’
cannellini bean. artichoke. grilled bread

optional pasta course +$10
PAPPARDELLE
lamb rag. pecorino romano

PORK CHOP
chestnut pure. cavalo nero. pickled pumpkin

COFFEE SEMIFREDDO
cantuccini. hazelnut crumble

3 courses $39

In addition to Winter in Tuscany, our a la carte menu is still available throughout the restaurant!
