Check in time was at 2:00 p.m. We arrived around 5:30. Went to our room and out of four lamps in the room only one had a working bulb. Picked up the phone to call the desk, but the phone didn't work. Went into sink/shower area - only two towels, and no wash cloths, hand towels etc. Walked up to the front dek and were told they were behind on laundry and would bring other linen later and would send maintenance to replace bulbs. We went out to eat and came back two hours later - still no bulbs, no phone, no washrags or hand towels. Again walked to front desk. While there, the maintenance man came to room and gave my wife one light bulb. Again we asked for at least one more so we wouldn't have to move bulbs from bed side lamp to desk lamp. He brought two more bulbs, of which only one worked, and a washrag and a hand towel. Also brought a new phone but evidently there was a problem in the line as it still didn't work. We were told they would work on the phone while we were out the next day, so we gave up for the night. Next day we returned to the room after being gone all day. Again, while the linen was fresh it still consisted of only one washrag and one hand towel for two people. Phone still didn't work so we made do with what we had. Will never ever, I repeat, will never ever stay at this motel again.

Liked: The staff was receptive and gracious.
Disliked: There was a bad sewer smell, however that was taken care of while we were out and about.

Disliked: We did not receive room service for 4 days on booked weekly stay. Staff was unpleasant. There were roaches in our room. Will not stay again.

Breakfast Lousy

Liked: TOO Small limited choice
Disliked: BETTER CHOICE

Liked: Good breakfast. Eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Clean room. Good safe location.
Disliked: We had two problems. 1. Internet was unreliable. We could connect but no throughput the entire stay. Desk staff no help. 2. Sewer gas was coming up though the tub drain. Happened the middle of night and I had terrific headache when I woke up.
