Disliked: Ac/heater was not working properly, shuttle was not going to all places in map and timing was not accurate.

Liked: Quiet room, very clean and spacious. Many pools and hot tubs. Gym in each tower as well
Disliked: If you save all your money for a trip, arrive tired at the hotel and just want to sleep, it's really annoying that they are trying to sell you things. I said no to the offer, but still they made an appointment for me. After I spoke to an agent it was all good, but still wasn't a nice thing when you are on holidays and they make random appointments for you. I'd still come again, as the atmosphere was great other than that and staff rly nice.
