Simply said, our stay was...
Liked: This is a huge complex and we loved the 2 bedroom villa as it was perfect for our family of 4 to share. The lazy pool,water slides, hot tubs, miniature golf, ice cream shop, towel dispenser and more were a big hit for all. The proximity to all Disney parks and Disney Springs was perfect.
Disliked: We did not have full access to the miniature golf which was not possible due to renovations in Tower 2; The sales pitch when checking in which we are told to go to see a colleague to get our “welcome package”.

Comfy room, didn’t feel well...
Liked: I liked the sizes and set up of the room. I liked the location, in close proximity to Disney, and I liked the pools and splash pad.
Disliked: We weren’t able to find where breakfast was served and ended up calling it after looking forever. I didn’t like not being given a map or explanation of the properties. We also didn’t have anything cleaned or restocked throughout our whole stay. There’s a number you can text and no one came. We ended up getting replenished the next day after texting again but still no cleaning or getting rid of old towels or anything.
