It was my favorite hotel yet. It was very clean, well kept, and a very quiet place to rest. Very pretty! All employees were very nice and helpful. My stay wasn't very long but I already have plans to bring my kids back just to hang out at the hotel and around the area. I will always try to stay at this hotel anytime I come back for a concert. Very well pleased!

Disliked: room was a little outdated and the furniture was very uncomfortable. The second pool was not open and that would of been good for us since our condo was way in the back.

Liked: I can not say what I like because an hour before I arrived my room was cancel because they were “overbooked “ even though I booked this a month before my trip!!! I drive 3 hours to only have to find somewhere is to stay
Disliked: Canceling my reservation!!! With no other solution

Disliked: They changed my confirmed booking hours before I was due to check in. Instead of a two bedroom condo they reduced us to one bedroom - which didnt meet our needs. We were left to find more expensive accommodation on the day we arrived in Nashville.
