Great location, comfortable but disappointed

Liked: Location was great. Room was warm and comfortable.
Disliked: No iron in the room, or milk for a cup of tea.One of our beds wasn't made up, and when we enquired, the receptionist was quite rude and told us to make the fold out sofa up ourselves with the spare linen in the cupboard. As a family of 5 who have travelled domestically and internationally, we have never encountered having to mKe our own beds up.

Liked: We stayed for my daughter's wedding.The staff were amazing, very attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. Fantastic food in the restaurant, lovely facilities which were very clean. Great stay!

Great hotel set in beautiful...

Liked: Hotel & grounds excellent & well maintained. Staff professional, courteous & friendly. Rooms a good size, exceptionally clean with plenty of wardrobe space. Everything done to make your stay as pleasant as possible with a feeling of a nice warm atmosphere throughout.
Disliked: Connecting to the WiFi was a pain with the login a problem. Good once connected. Small tv.
