Roomy unit with great location
Liked: Plenty of room for a family of three. Great price.
Disliked: Room was next to door of the building so it was loud when people went through the door.

Liked: shuttle service was great
Disliked: linen bags and trash were out by the elevators. Living room couch and chairs were uncomfortable.

Liked: Good location and nicely furnished units.
Disliked: The staff are super aggressive about trying sell you timeshares every chance they get. This gets very tiring and annoying.

Superb
Liked: The big room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms and the location in Steamboat. Kids loved the indoor pool and hot tubes. Nice property! Staff was friendly and room was clean...
Disliked: Everything was great, but the Wi-Fi was out, and we didn't find this out until check-in. This should be communicated earlier to help customers prepare for such. I don't want to stay in the lobby to use that wi-fi for work. Or offer a discount because of this inconvenience.
