There is a Dunkin' Donuts next door. Convenient to the interstate. We were going to the University of Buffalo - it was just a few minutes away. Our room was quiet but we were in the back of the hotel away from the busy street and restaurant.
Liked: Clean; comfortable beds; soft, fluffy pillows; nicely decorated. Pool area and spa were nice. Bath and body works toiletries. In room coffee was very good. The cleaning staff arranged our daughter's stuffed animals on the bed in such a way that she got a kick out of it.
Disliked: Showers could have a shelf to place your shampoo. Poorly placed soap dish in shower.

Liked: Access to workout room and bar downstairs. Free parking. Staff all very friendly. Early check-in. Close to several restaurant choices down the street.
Disliked: Would be nice if you left a couple bottles of water in the room. Breakfast buffet we paid for was nothing special.

Disliked: Booked through a third party booking.com. Email confirmation of room and amenities when I arrived that was not the case. No option to upgrade what I had already paid for. I did not stay. Manager was supposed to call me in the morning she didn't. Called Hilton directly couldn't help because I booked through a third party site. Now I'm in limbo to get a refund from booking.com. Seems to me like they were selling basic rooms for top dollar and expecting people to just accept it. Nothing special at all.
