Disliked: I had 2 problems during my stay at the place, in the room I stayed the air conditioning made a horrible and loud noise (you can't turn it off by yourself) I had to go down to reception around 1 AM and ask to turn it off. The second problem was related to the shuttle. I stayed during the Club World Cup and the transportation on the way back from the event was horrible. I had to call reception twice and request transportation that had already been booked and informed. I waited after the game for approximately 2 and a half hours. If you have an event and rely on hotel transportation, I do not recommend it.

Liked: Honestly, nothing. It was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.
Disliked: •Room was dirty and had a bad smell.•Sheets were stained and poor quality.•Damp, humid feeling in the hallways and rooms•Staff was cold and unhelpful•Terrible location, worst view ever, I attached the photo from the room. •No real amenities for the price•Wi-Fi barely worked — impossible to stream or work online.
