We had an excellent stay at the Fort Smith Wyndham hotel. The people were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Liked: Sam at the front desk was so fun and made our stay in Fort Smith, to see Samantha Fish in concert, excellent! There was a waitress in the restaurant that also took excellent care of us and they served excellent food.
Disliked: Some areas needed cleaning.

The hotel provided free shuttle to and from Temple Live and bars were easy to walk to. The room was cozy and had the most amazing comfortable bed.

Liked: I love the waterfall. It makes the whole building feel like an oasis.
Disliked: The rooms don’t have microwaves or refrigerators.

Liked: There was not much there to like. The whole building is dated.
Disliked: Our first assigned room was stinky , I asked for another room and got it. This room didn’t smell, but the toilet didn’t flush well. This was getting messy.We were tired and didn’t want to ask for another room .In the restaurant we had them take the food back . Hamburger was overcooked and the bun was soggy, the pasta Alfredo was swimming in a tasteless sauce. So we had to go into town to get some decent food.Breakfast was a sad experience and the only good thing was the fruit and the yogurt.I had been in another Wyndham before, and had been very satisfied. This one in Fort Smith however will never see me again.
