Best Vacation stay ever!

Liked: World Quest was by far the greatest resort my family and I have ever stayed at. Right from check-in the staff make you feel welcomed and not like your just another guest that came through the doors. All the way down to the staff at the entrance gate, everyone was kind and friendly. We loved our unit. It had everything you needed for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were spacious, the views were amazing. We could sit on the balcony and watch the kids (teens) swim in the large pool or hot tub. Surrounded by palm trees. We loved eating dinner on the balcony. At the end of the day, the beds were comfortable and made for a great night sleep. We will definitely be recommending World Quest to all our family and friends.

Good location, nice amenities, pool...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well appointed to make meals. Pool area very nice and comfortable. Room location was perfect (except for one thing). We requested a room near the pool, as we would be using it alot. The terrace area also was nice and the sliding doors could be open to extend the living room. (This also is nice except for one thing).
Disliked: The only problem we had was quite annoying to us. The first morning there we had coffee out on the terrace. (We were there for six nights). At 9:00 the music from the pool area came on EXTREMELY LOUD. We had to go in after ten minutes and close the sliding doors and any windows that were open. Also, the couple of mornings we decided to sleep in were abrubtly disturbed by the music. We were unable to enjoy the mornings on the patio to start the day. Stay in building two only if you don't mind music beginning early.

Disliked: Self service I wasn’t aware of , constant calls for toiletries, room was stink , room was for a disabled family , I did not like the location being on the first floor , was not aware of things the resort had to offer . No towels available for the pool and constant having to identify myself to the same security guard after the leaving off the resort he would want me to show a parking pass and identification as if I was not just tjere and did not show him the same identification

Liked: I like the outside patio, the space and number of rooms. Size of the kitchen and living room area.
Disliked: The Ac was not working correctly and the dishwasher was not working correctly

It was nice, location and...

Liked: It was a good location and room and amenities were very nice. Pool was clean and big, had no trouble getting chairs. Did wish it was easier to get beach towels. Very good price point.
Disliked: The service at the Tiki Bar was not friendly. Every time we ordered food or drinks, the lady daytime bartender made you feel like you were being an inconvenience. We thought it might just be a bad day thing, but after day 3 with the same reactions and comments, we decided to bring our own snacks and drinks and went to lunch and dinner off site. We were not the only ones who had thought that as others ordering were expressing the same frustrations. The key cards were very sensitive and kept needing to be re-initiated. It didn't matter where we kept the cards, they always seemed to loose their activeness. Being one of the furthest buildings from the front desk, this became frustrating at times.
