Good value for money with...

Liked: Cooked breakfast very good. No cereals. Would have been nice to have Earl Grey tea available but I suppose they were trying to keep costs down.Excellent restaurant. Meal in evening was superb, excellent onion bahji and naan. Wonderful taste and huge portions. Gurha beer good. Lovely views from back room. Comfortable bed and tea coffee facilities good.
Disliked: Difficult to get hold of a staff member when we arrived and when we left. Room really needs to be redecorated and could have done with bedside lights.

Superb

Liked: Helpful staff. Large car parking area.
Disliked: It would be helpful to have the door code and WiFi written down.

Stay in woolaston inn

Liked: Room size was good, shower had good pressure and temperature, clean. staff very attentative and friendly, great location. Evening meal in the restaraunt was nice ... Cobra beer on draught !
Disliked: The property needs some tlc in places, dated decor throughout. Our room had wallpaper peeling away, double matress noisey as you moved around, net curtains in poor condition. The breakfast option is very limited to cooked only,.which was basic. We weren't offered any alternative. I.e cereal, fruit etc. Its ok for the price you pay.

Excellent, Friendly and Food was...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy, we ate at the restaurant which is all part of the same place. The food was exceptional and staff were very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was excellent too. Will definitely be staying there again when we return.
Disliked: The room felt a little small, but it was adequate. And has an en-suite and tv. So no complaints I would just pay for a bigger room next time.

Friendly pub restaurant

Liked: Lovely friendly staff throughout - great restaurant and bar area (good breakfast too). Rooms were fine in terms of size and temp. Nice view out of the back of the hotel. Big free car park. It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere but ok for what we wanted.
Disliked: Phone signal unreliable. Room decor needs an update. Toilet cistern leaked a little. Dreadful snoring ALL NIGHT from room next door!
