I couldn't get a refund...

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: They lost my reservation and said I didn't show up. When I arrived the staff printed my key and room reservation but the computer marked me as a no show when I arrived to check-in.

Uncomfortable/ false advertising

Liked: It had a kitchen which was very convenient for our long stay.
Disliked: No Wi-Fi, older brand tv, doesn’t change sheets for 14 days, bed uncomfortable, toilets doesn’t flush correctly, have to throw away own trash, housekeeping doesn’t clean room when asked.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was convenient for my stay
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for NEW towels after using the okd ones. The elevator DIDN'T work the time I was there, which was a week. The walls are very thin. I literally heard everything walking up and down the halls. The room DIDN'T have an iron or board in the room.
