Very good
Liked: An enjoyable stay and the helpful and friendly atmosphere was great. Nothing seemed the host went out of his way to help aye and make as feel welcome. Very pleased we went and will book in the summer.
Disliked: There was nothing I would change about the stay.

Very pleasant experience
Liked: Warm welcome from John and Amanda. Lovely building and views. Very good breakfast. Would recommend to everyone.

Comfortable, warm, welcoming and peaceful
Liked: Lovely and quite with exceptional views across a beautiful landscape. Owners are so welcoming with a long forgotten “nothing is too much trouble “ attitude. Sumptuous bed in glorious fresh white linen. Such a treat. Will have to return to the area in a couple of months and can’t wait to return. Worth every penny

What’s not to like and...
Liked: Ideally located for onward travel to the NEC. A warm welcome, clean room and comfortable bed. A freshly cooked breakfast.

Liked: Light and spacious room with lovely views. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Great location for NEC, Birmingham. Room had all facilities you would expect. Breakfast choice was good.
Disliked: Disappointingly, the room needs a deep clean; decor tired and in need of some maintenance. Large cobweb inside bathroom window on both nights we stayed. Dust and debris behind dressing table and under chair cushions. Stains on curtains and wallpaper. Windows rattle and previous guests had tried to stop with folded cardboard around frame. We added to this. Plinth beneath shower dislodged. Tiling incomplete behind loo. Needs repainting.
