Disappointing

Liked: breakfast was nice
Disliked: My room was at the end of a hall (200) and the wind caused a loud banging noise next to my room all night long, and I couldn't sleep

The pool room and breakfast...

Liked: Awesome pool good breakfast comfy beds
Disliked: The staff weren’t very polite. The lady doing breakfast was very snappy and obviously unhappy being there. I was in my car having a cup of coffee the next morning and the maintenance guy asked if we needed help and we said no then he said do you even have a room here. I thought that to be very impolite and felt like he was following me around to make sure I wasn’t lying about having a room. I said yes I do who are you and He said maintenance guy and security very strange made me a little uncomfortable which was disappointing after paying $200 to have a room somewhere for one night. I think a little staff training in customer service would definitely go a long way.

Liked: Convenient location, lean, comfortable, great breakfast, and wonderful staff.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Water park for the child.
Disliked: Internet was frequently down. Hard to get things like work and local area searches done. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, seem to be unhappy with her job.

We loved our family stay!

Liked: We LOVED everything about the hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waterslides were so much fun that we extended our stay to enjoy them longer. Breakfast was excellent both days we were there with multiple options and hot coffee and food. Our room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: We would have loved to have the waterslides open earlier, but I understand the need for someone to manage that capability.

Disliked: Shower temp was all over the place.

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel, love the room and bathroom.
Disliked: That the slides were only open from 4-9. I probably wouldn’t have chosen to stay if I had known that.
