Highs and Lows

Liked: The staff was great and the breakfast came in handy.
Disliked: I didn’t know I was coming while construction was going on. The hallways weren’t kept swept or vacuumed. And the elevator looked like a nightmare.

good clean place if not...

Liked: Breakfast: eggs cereals a full American breakfast: good value coffee Tea good
Disliked: No airport shuttle for an airport hotel. Was not told in the first place & waited a long time at the airport. In the end got Taxi who wanted to charge us 36 USD. The standard rate was 21. Luckily airport Taxi staff in charge came to help us out

the hotel is a fraud. they are selling services that they do not have. and they know that.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: I had a non-refundable reservation including breakfast. but there was not even a breakfast facility. the hotel service description says that one has to call for a shuttle from thr airport. but the do not have a shuttle. they tell you to use a taxi. the hotel is undergoing major renovation. there is ruble and dirt all the way to the hotel roo,m there is not even running water from 10 am to 4 pm

Avoid the hotel, at least until the major renovations are finished.

Liked: Located near LA Airport.
Disliked: The whole lobby and a number of floors were under renovation, so much so that the hotel should have been temporarily closed. The airport shuttle that was advertised when I made my reservations was no longer available and there were no concessions offered to make up for the $60 extra we had to spend to get from/to LAX.

Liked: Nothing. It really was as bad (worse even) then the comments say..
Disliked: For starters, it was advertised that they had a free shuttle from the airport and a free breakfast. We had a bug in our bed and found 2 others before switching rooms. The lobby and hallways were super gross. Located next to a homeless camp. Worst hotel!

Disliked: The hotel was under construction with debris everywhere. There were holes in the walls, door locks didnt work, and cockroaches. It was so bad that we did not feel safe staying the night. This is not at all comparable to the other hotels in this tier.
