Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean; comfy beds. Breakfast is OK. Could have used real eggs on the buffet, not the "powdered" ones and browned sausage instead of frozen that was likely heated in the microwave.

Liked: Very clean room and not a lot of outside noise.

Liked: I liked the way it’s set up and where it’s located.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the guy at the front desk was rude to us. We had already booked and he kept calling us and trying to charge over and over our card even when I told him I’d be paying once I got there.

Disliked: Phones didn’t work, tv was analog only, carpets dirty, and no coffee maker. Fitness room very bad. The treadmill didn’t work, Breakfast was fair! Will not stay again

Liked: Coffee in the lobby was always hot. Room maids came by to empty trash and provide towels without us having to ask, Good job there.
Disliked: Would like to have coffee in the rooms. If toiletries are provided as mentioned on the booking site, then they should at least provide body wash and not just teeny tiny soap that is as big as what you would normally throw away at the end of a bar of soap. Need tv guide on tv remote so that we don't have to skip through every channel to see whats on tv

Liked: It was overall a good stay. The only thing was the indoor pool was cold as ice and so was the jacuzzi.

Disliked: The smell, the room, the bed, the pillows. Ice machine & vending machines were out of order. The smell was horrible!!! Everything was 20 years old. Breakfast was awful!!!
