Liked: I have no issues with the facilities or the service.
Disliked: My one issue is with the room rates since I saw or heard three different numbers. There was the first rate, quoted over the phone, then there was the second, substantially lower, on the registration form on arrival. Then there was the third rate, which appeared on my credit card bill. Furthermore, on checking out, I was not provided with a statement of my charges, beyond a few dollars for phone calls, so I did not know what the final charge was until the arrival of my monthly credit card statement. Next time I will be more insistent on adequate documentation.

Solid option to stay at...

Liked: Place was mostly clean and staff were friendly. The room was also very spacious.
Disliked: A/C kept turning on and off throughout the night which made the room feel too warm. Some dirt on the chair and stools in our room once we checked in.

Our stay is fair enough.

Liked: Bed & pillows are comfortable
Disliked: We stayed for 4 nights.On our checked in day the room given to us was not cleaned yet so we’re transferred. Unfortunately this time the shower tub drainage was not draining properly. Maintenance staff tried fixing it but didn’t worked as on our last night of using it’s completely blocked already. Also I need to buy a washroom air refresher to get it of foul odour.

A nice place to stay...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were soft and good-sized. In-room coffee was actually drinkable! The breakfasts were good; every day (we stayed 3) there were 2 different hot items. Other items included cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, pancakes, juice, coffee, etc.
Disliked: Our a/c was preset and unpredictable in terms of when and for how long it came on. We got very cold and unplugged it at one point, and then hot hot when it wouldn’t come on. We heard a lit of noise from the people upstairs late at night.
