Liked: Reserved a room but the elevators were out and was put on 3rd floor so canceled reservations

Liked: Honestly, the location next to Six Flags is the only thing okay about the property. They let us park there even though they didn’t have rooms for us.
Disliked: The property is going through multiple renovations. A lot of things aren’t open and it is hot on the property. The elevator doesn’t work. There are roaches in the stairwells and rooms. One of our rooms door’s wouldn’t open and the other room had someone staying in it. I went to used the public bathroom downstairs and the ceilings are missing. Snack machine wasn’t stocked.

Liked: I don’t like anything on the hotel except they are so close to the park. Customer service rude , so dirty and there is breakfat but 2 items only and there’s cockroaches around the dining facilities no one pick it up or clean it the whole time we stayed there. I would like half or refund us for the inconvenience
Disliked: All of the facilities from the stag to cleanliness

We managed.. but I wouldn’t...

Disliked: The hallway to our room was hot, no ice , the drink machine didn’t work, the pool had no water. One of our beds in our room only had a bed sheet on it, no blanket we almost froze.. The bathroom had a lot of plaster with no paint..I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or the 2 hotels next to it.. they looked bad too. Next time we are going to try the exit before the Six Flags exit
