Liked: The suite was spacious and well appointed. I enjoyed cooking an evening/late meal and breakfast, as well as the opportunity to eat at a great restaurant after touring Fort Monroe.

Liked: Everything that I could possibly need was already provided in our quarters. I was so impressed!! We are definitely planning to return!

Liked: This was the first time I had stayed at The Vacation Club. The property and grounds were nice. Everything exceeded my expectations. We'll definitely return.
Disliked: The bed could have been more comfortable.

Liked: The location was good . Rooms were spacious.
Disliked: Check in was long , waiting for a parking pass we waited for 15 minutes while the lady tried to sell a time share to the couple in Front of us . The hot tub had young children in it and the parents not watching them . Could not use Becuase it was over crowded with children. The bathroom in our place was dusty, floors and tub had hair in them . The worst part was the people above us had uncontrollable children they were yelling in the hall running up and down the hall and stairs until past midnight . I called 3 times to the front with no resolution. Eventually security came, however it started again the next morning at 6 am .
