Liked: No coffee in Sweet Grass lobby...1st hotel I've ever stayed at with no complimentary coffee...in room coffee didn't cut it...looks cheap

Liked: Easter brunch was excellent, rooms clean, staff friendly
Disliked: Service was very slow. Very unorganized. Waited 2 hours for bellman. The staff was not informed on the events being held at the hotel. Called front desk multiple times with no answer. Concierge was not available to answer questions till the day we left.

Liked: I loved the people. They were incredibly helpful. They were kind and respectful, and very generous with their time.
Disliked: The pictures that Booking.com had online when I purchased my room, did not match the room. We did not have a balcony, we did not have a double sink in the bathroom, and we had a cloth curtain door instead of glass doors. I would never have spent the money on a room such as the one that we ended up getting. I spoke to guest services at Wilds and they said that they would be speaking with you about the photos you chose to share. They encourage me to reach out to you to receive some money back because it did not match the value of the trip.
