Family Room

Liked: The friendliness of the staff. Where the place is situated.
Disliked: The breakfast menu was different to the online menu so was a bit restricted on some of the hot food choices. (no lighter start menu) Our room (room 3) had a router on the ceiling?? (see pic) so at night time it was really annoying & flickering. It kept us awake as it seems really bright in the dark. I am epileptic so was not great for me.

Liked: Location is convenient.A member of bar staff was very welcoming which encouraged us to try their accommodation. The bar / food experience is very different than the accommodation.
Disliked: Rooms are extremely basic.The dining area was simply dirty. During breakfast the buffet area was dirty, glasses were stained, cutlery has dishwasher and food stains, the glasses were sticky on the sticky dirty surfaces and the table was sticky not cleaned. We left without eating. Me never if staff preferred to argue rather than address the issue.
