Liked: Staff seemed nice.
Disliked: I chose a hotel over an airbnb because I wanted to have a pool so my trip could be half work half vacation. I chose to spend twice the amount of money for a stay for the sole purpose of easy access to a pool. Their pool was closed and I didnt find out until after I checked in. It doesnt even matter that I wasnt given any notice at all, its the middle of July! YOUR POOL SHOULD BE OPEN! And theres other reviews on here that say the pool was closed too from a while ago so clearly this is not a one time thing. They offered me a refund which was really nice, however when I left and booked another hotel they then contacted me and said they couldn’t give me a refund anymore. I spent the whole trip trying to speak with someone from both the hotel and booking.com to make sure I got refunded as I already was staying at a different hotel because they assured me I would be refunded. They actually told me I should just dispute it with my bank. They did end up getting me a refund after speaking with multiple people and arguing my case. Well I guess we’ll see I havent heard anything or gotten a follow up.

Disliked: Paying for the Full Experience is Not a Problem But We were there to Enjoy the Pool & I was Not Aware the Pool Was CLOSED Until I Checked It. We Were Very Disappointed!

Disliked: My wife and I stay here regularly--and like it. But this time Housekeeping removed something of mine from our room (I'll assume accidentally), and I've been trying for four days to get concrete lost-and-found info and three days to get reimbursement. . . only to have four different front-desk folks people fail to follow through. I've now complained to the corporate headquarters of the parent company (Marriott). Ironically, the head of this property's front-desk operations, Vilinkumar Bhakta, sent us a form email asking us to please give a favorable review--and to contact him if anything wasn't fully satisfactory. I responded to him more than 24 hours ago with all the details. Like the three colleagues before him, he's been silent and/or absent.Lots of talk about providing excellent service and earning customer loyalty, but this time they failed.
