Wonderful boutique hotel

Liked: New, modern and clean. The room was a good size and I love the kitchenette. The staff was nice and there was a cute lil robot who gave us our toothpaste? that as a first! Also loved how they have a keurig machine with 4 free starbucks bullets.
Disliked: Pool and gym were closed due to covid.

Hotel is beautiful but hospitality...

Liked: Loved the hotel room, very modern and comfortable. Lobby area is beautiful. Great set-up with a kitchenette but ask for it to be stocked prior to or upon check-in.
Disliked: I arrived late on a Fri evening. I asked if I could buy some bottled waters (needed them to take meds) and was asked if I was a VIP guest. I was not and was given 1 bottle, they had limited supply. Kitchenette was not stocked. I found out upon check-out next morning it is stocked upon request. They overcharged me by $90+ from my Booking.com rate. I didn't review my bill until I stopped on my drive home. I called and had to email my Booking info before they gave me a refund to within $4. There were not much in the way of options for breakfast and I did not see any coffee.

Liked: The hotel sits in a great location amongst many stores and restaurants.Responsive staff.Value is decent.
Disliked: Lack of hairdryer. To-go breakfast was very lacking. Yellow stains on bed spread.Torn window curtain.
