Liked: The location was the only good thing about this hotel.
Disliked: No hot water. Heater was broke in the pool. Entire hotel smelled like cigarette and Marijuana smoke. The entire place was dirty. There were roaches everywhere!

This is the third time...

Liked: Staff was very responsive and quickly gave us a new room when we had issues with the first assigned room. And the waffles were good.
Disliked: Room #1: Two TV's, only one remote with bad batteries. Replaced batteries but TV did not work. Asked for extra pillow and staff couldn't find a pillow case so they gave us an extra sheet to use to cover the pillow which was stained. The telephone in the room did not work. The floor reeked of pot smoke, and each time we opened the door, the smell came in.Room #2: The telephone had no cord. One of the closet sliding doors was off its track. Plastic faucet handle would spin, it was not attached. The floor was stained with what appears to be Kool-Aid and the carpet was sticky in places. The cover to the ventilation unit was only held on by one screw so it would flap if touched.The Continental Breakfast overall was lacking in selection, but the waffles were good. With all the issues we had, I was shocked that there was not some offer at checkout to discount or comp our stay. Will definitely not use this hotel again,

Disliked: The room had a nasty smell to it when we arrived. We checked out on Sunday and that morning after getting out of the shower there was a roach and some other type of bug in the bathroom floor. I talked to the lady at the front desk and showed her pictures of them. She said she couldn't refund me any of my money since I booked the hotel through booking.com I'd have to take the issue up with them.

Disliked: The property was disgusting and had foul odor The management staff are rude, bug infestations. My hotel room was dirty. I watched the manager throw away a customer’s telephone number regarding a complaint.

Don’t stay if you don’t...

Liked: Casey was great.
Disliked: the broken toilet and AC , dirty comforter, sheets and pillow cases, and tub. There wasn’t any curtains in the room and also the refrigerator was dirty …. roaches.

Disliked: The rooms were not cleaned properly, the towels were dingy and did not look or smell clean, the outside area had trash and a laundry basket left out, dirty cloths were left in the bathroom, the linen had cigarette holes and stains
