Liked: Great location of a very clean flat with all facilities.

Liked: Lovely view from sitting room, spacious apartment in central location.
Disliked: There was very little cleaning materials, mostly empty bottles. When I have stayed in other self catering apartments there has always been adequate cleaning materials provided, other than that it was a lovely apartment.

Liked: Central location, easy access to High Street and to the Park, well equipped kitchen, efficient heating system, good internet connection
Disliked: 1. Cleanliness should be improved, unfortunately there was a deterioration when compare with our previous stay (the shower glass by the floor edges, dust on the kitchen chairs) 2. Extremely noisy surandings, especially in the mornings, single glazed windows did not help 3. Worn out bedlinen

Excellent place for city stay...
Liked: Great location. Spacious flat. Very clean. Lovely view.
Disliked: No soap or shower gel. Some early morning noise moving barrels at pub next door but not bad.

Unusual flat in a great...
Liked: The flat was very clean, well thought out, well presented and well supplied. All you need is food. Characterful: It has an inner concrete spiral staircase and beautiful feature window in the living area which overlooks the churchyard and River Tay.
Disliked: It can be a little difficult to find and unload if there is road closure as there was when we stayed. We were not alerted to this, and it was dark when we arrived which made it even more a of struggle. Sykes had no after hours assistance at all. which was very frustrating. There is a pub immediately adjacent who puts out all of their bottles early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep in past 7-730am. Another pub behind, but still not as noisy as I would have expected had I known this. No doormat at the inner entrance upstairs, which would be useful in wet weather. Pillows slightly thin (I have a bad neck) but very hard to fault the property. We really enjoyed staying.
