Liked: It’s a stunning property
Disliked: Customer service is very poor Gave me a key for a room and when I walked in there was a guy lying on the bed. They couldn’t remove my bank details the room the man was staying in which I am sure is not in line with GDPR. i have stayed in this hotel now at least five times over the past couple of years for more than a week at a time and I have to say it’s an incredible setting. Absolutely stunning but I’ve found the staff especially on the front desk quite poor to deal with. Really not a good reflection of the property as it has so much potential.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Staff are so attentive, it made for a wonderful stay. The hotel grounds are so beautiful, we'll definitely be back.

Amazing Quite and relaxing. Beautiful...

Liked: Location on private road, mansion house, heated swimming pool relaxing, grounds lovely and most of all staff excellent.
Disliked: No steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. Receptionist was not very friendly, didn’t explain locations of the spa/gym area had to ask. She was speaking in a quiet tone did not look confident.

Superb

Liked: Lovely room, friendly staff and great to have the gym that my daughter (12) was also allowed to use as this didn't seem to be the case with most hotels I checked out.
Disliked: A really minor thing but there wasn't a lot of pastries for breakfast!
