Liked: Room was quite spacious. Bed was comfortable and facilities adequate. Towels nice and crispy!
Disliked: Lights in bathroom were not working well enough to have a shave.

Disliked: This is not a hotel and you should not have it on your books listed as such. There were no staff on site, no one to let us in when we arrived. We phoned the owner who told us to wait outside (in the rain) until a cleaner came to let us in.The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced. There was no toilet roll in the room and no coffee or milk. The lounge area was permanently locked even though we were told it was an area we could relax in. The owner had emailed saying we would be given an information pack. We weren't. I found one in the entrance hall and took it. That pack said there was tea, coffee and breakfast making facilities in the dining room. There were some tea bags and sugar there, along with ketchup and vinegar. But there was no coffee or milk and crucially no cutlery or crockery to make anything with.A couple from Inverness arrived on our second day to find their room smelling of urine. They asked us to help as there were no staff. I gave them the owner's number - who they rang - only to be told they could go 15 minutes away to her 'sister' hotel. I would like a refund
