Not what they advertised, false advertising especially with the greeting upon arrival and the poor customer service that
Liked: The location
Disliked: poor front desk customer service . There was no greeting with any drink upon arrival as they advertised and the front desk person was rude and showed no interest or pleasant behavior.

Ciao for now!
Liked: Great food and the most comfortable beds ever!
Disliked: A little disconnect with communication between staff upon retrieving our car, couple of times as we were waiting for awhile only to find that the call from our room was not relayed. This is just a small kink that needs to be smoothed out.

My stay was great. Except...
Liked: The property was beautiful and the rooms were nicely positioned looking at the vineyard.
Disliked: I have been to this property multiple times, usually at the Meritage. My only complaint is the massage therapist from my 100 minute Deep Tissue on 9/30 was coughing and sneezing during my session. I have now been in the bed sick for 4 days! I think it’s completely unacceptable. This will not prevent me from coming back, however perhaps the massage therapists should be required to wear masks.
