Liked: Staff was amazing, rooms were very clean. There was good drinking water in the rooms, pools were very clean. we had breakfast in the caf, and it was absolutely delicious.

Disliked: They over charge and when we went to go talk to them and wanted answers , they kept saying they will contact us and never did.

Disliked: I didn’t like that we were charged an extra 25 dollar fee for every night we stayed. This was not something that booking let us know prior to our reservation and we were going with friends who were not charged this fee

Liked: It was on a nice property with convenient shops nearby. New.
Disliked: Was not disclosed that this property was currently under construction, poor procedures implemented around workers their equipment and the resort guests. Their customer service was awesome regarding our issues.

Xavier is the MAN!

Liked: Xavier at the front office is a world class guest experience expert.
Disliked: Under renovation and no mention of this on Booking.com

Attentive staff, impeccable rooms .

Liked: Our suite was so incredibly beautiful and comfy. We had a full kitchen with all the needed items to make dinner. The bathroom was very modern and spacious .
